Thanks for excellent response

I had a massive tree branch — a veritable tree unto itself — come crashing down on the back of my house in the early hours of Tuesday morning. On its journey downward it was able to take the power lines with it. In addition, it happily pulled the electrical mast from the back of the house.

After fire/rescue made sure the place wouldn’t burn down, Steve Knight from Snohomish County PUD was on the scene. He was very professional and broke the news that the damage was extensive and needed a professional to set right.

After getting an emergency electrician to fix the mess, Steve and his crew(s) were back that afternoon and restrung the wires — and in a better position to boot. I am now happily back to my previous life — enjoying modern conveniences that electricity provides (yay, electricity).

Thanks again to Steve and everyone I spoke with from SnoPUD for being top-notch professionals. They made a difficult situation a lot better.
