Thanks to businesses, city for great dog event

Woof. With open paws I wish to extend a big thank you to all of the City of Everett staff who coordinated Saturday’s fourth annual Mutt Strut. Your year-long efforts are gratefully acknowledged here.

Thanks goes to Mayor Ray Stephanson, his wife and their canine companions for attending and lending encouragement to our canine community and their two-legged friends.

And thank you to all of the businesses, especially Edmonds Scrub a Pup, for all of their contributions and their support of Mutt Strut and the creation of more off-leash dog parks. Woof. Wile E. Coyote, Everett resident and humbly recognized as Mutt Strut Best Dressed – 2003, 2004, 2005 – retired.
