Many thanks to my fellow classmates — Everett High School class of 1952 — for the time and effort put forth to make our 59th reunion a great success.
Although it is no longer two days and nights of wining, dining and partying until the wee hours, a Wednesday afternoon with cake and coffee s
ufficed.
The Aug. 8 article, “Wedding book back in family,” was very timely in that Patrick and Patricia (Treichler) Smith were class members, one of quite a few “class sweethearts” who later married. Patty was also an accomplished pianist, and played at many school functions.
They were missed, as were all of those others of our class who are no longer with us.
I look forward to our 60th.
