As a citizen who has watched your work and your growth since you first arrived in Monroe, let me thank you for your years of thoughtful, devoted service to our community. Your ability to process and organize vast amounts of information and arrive at logical conclusions will be greatly missed. Your many years of dedicated service to Monroe has not gone unnoticed and the void you leave will be very difficult to fill.
