Flying big ride
Airbus has taken plenty of orders for its giant A380 airline from Europe and Asia, but not one from an airline in the United States.

Grill it, don’t nurse it: After taking care of a fawn whose mother was struck and killed by a car, a police officer in Toledo, Ohio, faces prosecution for breaking state wildlife laws.
State agents seized the fawn and placed it in the custody of rocker and avid hunter Ted Nugent, who killed the animal and used its meat for jerky.
Work of fiction: Omissions and glaring errors riddle BP’s 582-page spill plan for the Gulf of Mexico, according to an Associated Press analysis. Sample glitch: listing walruses as among the marine mammals that live in the Gulf.
The document also includes overly optimistic assumptions, including one that foresees BP Chief Executive Tony Hayward getting his life back within 10 days of a spill.
