I’m writing in regard to the pictures that were on the front page of the May 8 paper. On the top right corner of the front page was a clear, shiny picture of Matt Hasselbeck. Then on the column just below the overpaid football player was a picture of a man who went into the U.S. Navy. Shortly after he got of out of the Navy, he joined the U.S. Army reserve. He also spent time in law enforcement. He was killed in Alberta while on special assignment with the Army. This was the hero in my eyes. Joseph Cerfus, who served our country not once, but twice.
