Over recent years I’ve enjoyed the letters to the editor published in The Herald containing the opinions of many, concerning a wide range of topics. I’ve also noticed that some letters contain criticism of other letter writers regarding disagreement with their opinions. I’ve further noticed some letter writers even criticize The Herald for publishing certain letters. To all, may I suggest consideration of the following words: “I may not always agree with what you say but I will defend to the end your right to say it!”
