Well, the environmental report says that there will be no significant effect from commercial service at Paine Field. When we bought our home in 1993 there was no jet noise — none. Now, my family and I experience the privilege of a huge, low-flying aircraft lumbering directly over our home (and I mean directly over our home) on a regular basis. Commercial service to Paine Field will expose us to that privilege even more often.
Hurray! Fortunately, I can draw comfort from the fact that the pilots cannot see my hand gesture of “respect” when they fly over. I would not want to jeopardize our privilege. Yes, privileged, we are, truly privileged.
Anybody want to buy a house?
