These candidates serious about issue

In this tight election, many candidates express concern about the safety problems on U.S. 2, especially with the recent fatalities; yet only three have attended any U.S. 2 Safety Coalition meetings. Those candidates include: Rep. Kirk Pearson, Eleanor Walters and Suzan DelBene. Congressman Jay Inslee met with two members of the U.S. 2 Safety Coalition Board to look at the safety issues. (U.S. 2 is a federal highway).

I will be voting for these candidates as they have shown support for U.S. 2. They have not just said they are “concerned.” They have taken the time and effort to study the problems.

I am in no way speaking for the coalition.
