These days, we are hearing a great deal about our country’s faults. College professors and students, especially, are saying that we got what we deserved on Sept. 11. These people have no human compassion whatsoever. Many honest, innocent, hard-working folks were killed that horrible day. What if some of these complainers were in those buildings struggling to get out – would they have had that attitude?
Others, mostly so-called Christians, ought to know what the Bible says about evil-doers. Instead they claim that we should forgive the terrorists. I refer them to 1 Peter 2: 13, 14 which says, “Submit yourselves to every ordinance of man for the Lord’s sake, whether it be to the King, as supreme, or unto governors, as unto them that are sent by Him (God) for the punishment of evil-doers, and for the praise of them that do well,” and Romans 13: 3, 4 for further reference.
Some angrily demand that flags come down, saying that they are offensive. These folks have no patriotism. I suggest they pack up their belongings and leave for whatever country they believe is better than the USA. I hope they do! It would be good riddance for us who love our land, and it would teach them the vast difference.
