Regarding the letter, “Limit propaganda that you print”: One of the dictionary meanings states the word “opinion” is as follows: “A belief or conclusion held with confidence, but not substantiated by positive knowledge or proof.” All The Herald articles in the opinion page are expressed opinions by the various authors! It makes no sense for The Herald to fact check all the articles since they are opinions and not based on substantiated facts.
Charles Krauthammer’s counter-balance is Eugene Robinson and other writers who represent their opposite views. The Herald presents both sides of the political spectrum and I for one enjoy reading all the various opinions. I could complain about Robinson’s articles but I know it is his opinion and not mine.
