Time to give back to the taxpayers

Do you ever feel like you’re being taxed to death? I saw in The Herald where the Snohomish County PUD is getting a $19 million refund and the governor has a $1.2 billion budget surplus. How about giving some of this back to the ratepayers/taxpayers? I know I could use it and it would get right back into the local economy. These are some huge numbers, as are our tax and energy charges.
