Wow, DelBene is giving up a whole $14,000 of her $174,000 a year pay day. How will she be able to make it on a paltry $160,000 a year? She will probably have to give up a few dinners out or even a vacation. Oh, wait a minute, I almost forgot, she is a millionaire. She could probably live without her total salary pretty easily. Aren’t you proud of all those Democrats giving up part of their salary? Even the president is giving up $20,000 of his $400,000 a year. I sure hate to see our leaders struggling like this.
Well, times are tough, so most of us have to give up something, I think I’ll give up steak and lobster, oh, wait, that won’t be hard since I never get it anyway. At least the White House doesn’t have to give up their lavish parties for their Hollywood friends, since we the taxpayers are paying for it. Remember this at the time of the elections for congress in 2014 and a new president in 2016. Maybe, just maybe we can change all this.
