Track promotes needed leisure time

We started watching NASCAR in 2001 and quickly became big fans of the sport. We moved to Marysville and were very excited at the prospect of having a NASCAR track so close to us.

People forget to take time to do the fun things in life. Working, stress and bills, along with taking care of family, has overwhelmed our lives on a daily basis. When was the last time your family had a fun day out with no responsibilities or worries? This would be a wonderful experience for all of us. Remembering how to laugh is so important to the quality of our lives.

Many people are job searching right now. A NASCAR track would allow numerous new positions for people who are looking for part-time work. The track would only be used once or twice a year for NASCAR, but has several other options for use the remaining part of the year. We owe it to ourselves to open the door to this wonderful opportunity and allow it to benefit us in more ways than one. We are very proud of where we live and the people who live around us. We would never recommend anything that would take away from the beauty of this area. We are strong supporters of this project and hope that others will allow a great opportunity to come to our community.
