In reference to the May 8 news article “Child rapist avoids long jail term”:
This “doctor,” Roy Hodges Haralson, DVM, planned and used a pharmaceutical drug, illegally, to continue his despicable, criminal, vicious, brutal pattern in the violation of another innocent child.
Children are innocent, vulnerable and trusting and are easy prey for beasts.
We have a responsibility and an obligation to protect children. Another child has been permanently damaged. Haralson gets counseling. Quite a few Catholic priests went through counseling, too, and were pronounced cured.To those who believe that counseling works or that these people are worth saving, I challenge you to place your baby daughters and granddaughters in this man’s care after he has completed the program.
Our system is failing and our children are victims. Where is the moral outrage? Does anyone care?
