I just finished reading an article about the elections in the Ukraine.
There, Prime Minister Viktor Yanukovych refused to concede the election despite losing at the polls. He “vowed to challenge the results before the Ukraine Supreme Court” in what could be a protracted legal battle.
Too bad they don’t understand the democratic process like we do in Washington.
