In Saturday’s front page article regarding John Koster’s impending lawsuit for wrongful termination, there is one significant fact left out of the article. The fundraising letter that Mr. Koster signed in support of the Freedom Foundation was labeled “from the desk of John Koster.” Even though it wasn’t on county letterhead and makes no mention of the ombudsman’s office, I believe it was the critical error in judgment, one that led to Mr. Koster’s failure to get reappointed to the post.
