Verizon site perfect for school

Verizon’s offices at 41st Street and Colby Avenue are for sale. I think this site and building would make an excellent location for the proposed university in Snohomish County. The building is about 300,000 square feet. It has a large cafeteria, ample space for classrooms and offices in the four floors. Parking is abundant, with two large parking lots. Access to I-5 couldn’t be better. I think it’s the perfect site.
