Oct. 4 was an exciting day for the new NOAH Animal Adoption Center located in Stanwood. This date marked the first of what we hope to be many ‘Comcast Cares Day’ projects at NOAH. This year, Team Comcast chose to help level our 17 acres of dog walking trails and spread bark used for walking our numerous dogs awaiting adoption. The team of more than 30 volunteers spent eight hours hauling, raking and shoveling almost 50 yards of bark and dirt – all for the animals at NOAH.
We would like to extend our sincere thanks to Comcast and its staff for its gracious donations of play-chip bark, tools and personal time to make the Comcast Cares Day project at the center a huge success!
Thank you, Team Comcast, for helping NOAH and for giving the dogs and volunteers a great place to walk! May your dedication and service inspire others to such heights!
