If you believe what Group Health said in the Dec. 12 Herald article on pharmacy wait times I know of a bridge you can buy! Last week I gave up on the Everett pharmacy’s ability to fill a prescription so I used mail order. After six days with no action on the order I went to the Lynnwood pharmacy on Monday and the wait time was a full hour, and only because I complained about the wait times at all levels.
Many other patients were seriously disgusted with the situation.
