I would like to give a big thank you to the kind person who found and returned money at the Everett Fred Meyer recently. You made my sister’s night.
She worked hard to earn that money babysitting. To a 16-year-old kid, $141 is a lot of money to lose. After an hour of searching she had given up hope but decided to check one last time at the customer service desk to see if the “wad of cash” had been turned in. To our surprise, it had!
If you could’ve seen the joy in her eyes and the tears. It was probably the best feeling she’s had in a long time. It was a great feeling shared by two sisters. Thank you again, kind person. We will continue the chain of good will.
