We went to the Wendt arts awards (isn’t that poetic) the other night and we came away realizing, what a special place we live in. Twenty-six years ago when my wife, Janet Hamilton, and I moved here from Denver, we felt like we had moved back ten years in time.
Over the years, we have come to realize, with the acceptance, warmth, opportunities, you name it, both she and I have felt in this community, we had, actually, arrived in the best place to live. This city, this county, this state, offers more to individuals than anywhere else we’ve ever been. We need to hide this. No one else should come, unless they can add to the magic quality that the Everett environs enjoy.
We love this town! Thank you, Everett for 26 of the best years of our lives.
