Regarding the May 28 article, “51 left out of graduation”: My heart broke when I read this. My son’s best friend (since they were 11) is one of these kids that can’t walk with their class. Doesn’t the Everett school board understand the everlasting impact this act will have on these kids? These kids are our future leaders of America and our community. What a way to send them out into the world! To have them work so hard throughout their lives just to be shot down like this as if to say, “Your best wasn’t good enough.” What is being done about this on the legal end?
