On a recent Sunday there was a letter about the research conducted on monkeys. I remember a while back when a dog was mistreated. For a whole week there were letters of protest. And I agreed with them all. But, when a the three-month-old baby girl died a “torturous” death, per the coroner, not one letter to the paper decrying her murder. As a society have we become so anaesthetized, due to abortions, that the lives of animals are more important that a child’s?
