What is the City of Edmonds trying to do to the businesses at Firdale Village. “A” boards are illegal there for advertising, but in driving through and around the city of Edmonds, I see “A” boards everywhere. Next to Firdale Village there are “A” boards, balloons, flags – down the street there are “A” boards in front of Starbucks. What gives? If one business can have it, why not every business?
Firdale Village is zoned neighborhood business, since when was a neighborhood business as big as Firdale Village? Without advertising there is no business, without business there are no taxes paid. Where is the fairness and common sense?
