Why would anyone need their ballot mailed to King County? Unless someone is actually living out of the area on business, military, etc, it seems to me that they should have their ballot mailed to their home address.
Isn’t that the point of of the absentee ballot? You get it at home and then you have time to look it over, set it down, ponder it, forget about it, then if you remember, vote and mail it in.
Just because you work out of the county and wouldn’t have been able to go to the polls doesn’t mean you wouldn’t have time in the two to three weeks they give you to complete an absentee ballot.
Maybe Tim Eyman can get funding to audit and purge the polls.
