Once again I was disappointed to see no reference to the Fourth of July celebration on the front page of July 4 Sunday Herald. This is a holiday observed by the vast majority of our residents. Even the Seattle Times printed “Happy 4th of July” at the top of page one. This is a significant day in American history, and it should not be treated as if it is just another summer day!
