I want my fellow voters in Lynnwood to know how fortunate we are to have someone like Stephanie Wright running for City Council. I’ve known Stephanie for eight years and consider her to be an extremely intelligent, caring, community-oriented individual. Stephanie has volunteered at Lynnwood High School and has worked for local campaigns and causes. I know she has great passion and a full understanding of the issues concerning Lynnwood.
Stephanie will bring an outstanding combination of skills, experience and a collaborative attitude to the City Council. She is a candidate with local ties — she is a lifelong Snohomish County resident who graduated from Edmonds Community College and holds degrees and credentials from Washington State University, Seattle Pacific University and the University of Washington.
Her education and local background are things I know she will apply in serving Lynnwood. This, along with her desire to work with people from all sides of an issue to find workable solutions for our city, is why I feel Stephanie is the natural choice.
As Lynnwood goes through a lot of growth and change over the coming years, we need someone with Stephanie’s education, common-sense leadership and local values on our Lynnwood City Council. She will work for us voters to help make Lynwood’s future the best it can be.
