Why does the constant “lovefest” of Representative Rick Larsen continue in your paper? Now we are calling him out for his “courage” in not supporting President Bush.
Please – I can’t stand anymore and still eat my breakfast. True courage comes when we clearly outline to the Arab world that we are unified nation under a single voice by saying “enough is enough!” That is the message they understand and unfortunately to some it is a message of power and military force “if necessary” – that is “if necessary” for those Democrats that need this to be repeated.
This spin of going immediately to war is led by Rep. Jim McDermott, Sen. Patty Murray, Rep. Jay Inslee and yes, Larsen. Fortunately others in this nation can see beyond the liberal party line and move forward with the mission as outlined by both the president and the coalition that he will build from strong allies like the British. Interesting to me that our foreign allies understand this matter more clearly than many of those living in the land of such “courageous” Democrats.
