Regarding the state’s health care site: I have tried logging on using my validated username and password and get “invalid username or password.”
I have tried phoning the Washington Healthplan finder two or three times a day for a week — it’s always “high volume, please call back.”
In desperation I try to do a Navigator search on the healthplanfinder website and do not know what to put in the box “organization name,” so I try putting the question to live chat: the transcript from the conversation is below:
