‘Your website chat session is over…’

Regarding the state’s health care site: I have tried logging on using my validated username and password and get “invalid username or password.”

I have tried phoning the Washington Healthplan finder two or three times a day for a week — it’s always “high volume, please call back.”

In desperation I try to do a Navigator search on the healthplanfinder website and do not know what to put in the box “organization name,” so I try putting the question to live chat: the transcript from the conversation is below:

“[11:21:28 am]: Thanks for contacting Health Insurance Marketplace Live Chat. Please wait while we connect you to someone who can help. [11:21:32 am]: Please be patient while we’re helping other people. [11:21:49 am]: Welcome! You’re now connected to Health Insurance Marketplace Live Chat.

Thanks for contacting us. My name is Keosha. To protect your privacy, please don’t provide any personal information, like Social Security Number, or any other sensitive medical or personal information. [11:24:17 am]: chris I am looking for a navigator in the marysville area, on the search for a navigator page what does organization name mean? [11:28:02 am]: Keosha what your city, state and zip code? [11:28:58 am]: chris Marysville, WA, 98270 [11:29:45 am]: ‘Keosha’ has left the chat session. [11:29:46 am]: Please be patient while we’re helping other people. [11:30:17 am]: ‘TrixieV’ has left the chat session. [11:30:18 am]: Your chat session is over.
