3A Volleyball Districts: Stanwood, Shorewood advance to championship match

MARYSVILLE — Stanwood defeated Oak Harbor 3-1 in a District 1 3A tournament semifinal match and Shorewood beat Glacier Peak in three sets to set up the championship match on Thursday. Stanwood and Shorewood play on Thursday at 7 p.m. at Glacier Peak H.S. Oak Harbor plays Everett in a loser-out game Thursday at 5 p.m. at Glacier Peak H.S. Meadowdale and Glacier Peak play in the other consolation semifinal.
