KENNEWICK — Talyn Boyko stopped 37 of 39 shots and the Tri-City Americans beat Everett 6-2 on Saturday to snap the Silvertips’ four-game win streak.
Backup Braden Holt started in goal for Everett and allowed three goals on Tri-City’s first eight shots. Holt was replaced by starter Dustin Wolf in the second period. Wolf saved 11 of the 13 shots he faced.
Cole Fonstad and Gage Goncalves each scored a power-play goal for the Silvertips (9-2-0-0).
Six different players scored for the Americans (5-5-0-0).
