Washington is leading SPU at half time, but only by 39-34 margin.
Quincy Pondexter, Jon Brockman and Venoy OVerton each have eight points to lead Washington, and Brockman also has six rebounds. Neither team is taking very good care of the ball. Washington has 12 turnovers, while the Falcons have 14.
The real star of the first half, however, was Shorewood High School grad Rob Diederichs, who led SPU with 18 points on eight of 14 shooting.
At some point, you have to think talent will take over this half and the Huskies will pull away for an easy win.
