HILLSBORO, Ore. — Five different Everett hitters drove in multiple runs and the AquaSox opened a six-game series with a 16-9 road win over the Vancouver Canadians on Tuesday night at Ron Tonkin Field.
Carter Bins homered and drove in four runs and Patrick Frick homered and had three RBI to lead the potent Everett offense.
Zach DeLoach, Julio Rodriguez and Austin Shenton all had two RBI for the AquaSox. Rodriguez finished the game 2-for-5 with a triple, a walk and three runs scored. He leads Everett with a .330 batting average on the season.
DeLoach and Cody Grosse each had three hits in the game.
Brandon Williamson started on the mound for Everett (21-13) and allowed only one run on three hits in 5.1 innings pitched. Williamson struck out eight and walked three.
Cameron Eden and Ronny Brito each homered for Vancouver (21-15).
