EVERETT — The Everett AquaSox score four runs in the third inning and three more in the fourth and beat the Eugene Emeralds 9-4 on Thursday night for their third consecutive win.
Cody Grosse hit his first home run of the season, and Austin Shenton went 2-for-5 with a double and two runs batted in for the Everett offense.
Carter Bins added two hits and Julio Rodriguez went 1-for-3 with two walks for the AquaSox.
Levi Stoudt started and allowed three runs on five hits in 5.2 innings for Everett (20-12). Stoudt walked five and struck out five. Dayeison Arias, Evan Johnson and Fred Villareal combined to toss 3.1 innings of one-run relief to help the AquaSox earn the win.
Will Wilson and Tyler Flores each homered for Eugene (19-14).
