HILLSBORO, Ore. — Putting runners on base wasn’t a problem for the Everett AquaSox on Wednesday night.

The AquaSox left 19 runners on base and fell to the Vancouver Canadians 4-3 in the second of a six-game series at Ron Tonkin Field.
Juan Then started on the mound for Everett and battled through six innings. Then allowed four runs on seven hits while walking two and striking out five. David Ellingson pitched scoreless seventh inning and Evan Johnson struck out the side in the eighth for the AquaSox.
Kaden Polcovich and Patrick Frick each had three hits, Austin Shenton drove in two runs and Joseph Rosa added an RBI for the Everett (22-14) offense.
Sebastian Espino and Ryan Gold each had two hits for Vancouver (22-16).
