EVERETT — The Vancouver Canadians pounded out nine extra-base hits and used a seven-run seventh inning to topple the Everett AquaSox 13-10 on Sunday at Funko Field.
Addison Barger hit three doubles and Leo Jiminez, Miguel Hiraldo and Glenn Santiago hit home runs for the Canadians (38-39).
Vancouver’s Hugo Cardona swiped home on a double steal to tie it at 5 in the top of the seventh. Zac Britton added three runs on a bases-loaded double and Hiraldo and Santiago followed with two run homers. Jimenez put the Canadians up 4-2 in the fifth with a three-run blast.
Kyle Lewis, Noelvi Marte, Alberto Rodriguez and Dariel Gomez each homered for the AquaSox (39-41). Marte’s homered in seven of his past 14 games.
Naswell Paulino (2-3) pitched two innings of relief, allowing three runs, and was credited with the win for Vancouver.
Everett’s Leon Hunter Jr. (6-3) took the loss after allowing four runs on three hits and two walks over two-thirds of an inning.
