KEIZER, Ore. — The Everett Aquasox pounded out 13 hits — including four home runs — and scored at least one run in each of the first six innings to knock off the Salem-Keizer Volcanoes 7-6 Monday night.
Juan Camacho homered twice and Johnny Adams had four hits and was a triple short of the cycle, as the two combined to drive in five runs on seven hits to lead the Sox offense.
Michael Rivera (1-1) picked up his first win of the season, striking out three in four scoreless innings of relief.
Everett (5-7) starts a three-game series with the Spokane Indians at 7:05 p.m. Tuesday in Everett.

AquaSox infielder Eugene Helder was named the Northwest League Player of the Month for July.
Helder led the Northwest League in average (.374), hits (40) and runs (23) while finishing in the top five in total bases (56), triples (four), RBI (22), on-base percentage (.434), slugging (.523) and OPS (958). Helder, 21, was signed by the Seattle Mariners as a non-drafted free agent out of Oranjestad, Aruba, in 2014.
