KEIZER, Ore. — The Everett AquaSox fell to the Salem-Keizer Volcanoes 8-0 on Saturday. The AquaSox were only able to muster five hits against the Volcanoes’ pitching staff. Travis Perry earned the win, going 5 innings, allowing three hits and three walks, while striking out two. Brandon Martorano provided a ton of offense for the Volcanoes, recording three hits, three RBI, and a run scored.
The AquaSox recorded five errors on the night, and Damon Casetta-Stubbs took the loss. He went five innings, and gave up eight hits, four earned runs, and one walk, while striking out two. Kevin Santa and Connor Hoover accounted for four of Everett’s five hits.
