Batter of the week: AquaSox first baseman Greg Dobbs has been named the Northwest League’s batter of the week for Aug. 6-12. Dobbs, a non-drafted free agent out of the University of Oklahoma, went into Tuesday’s game with a 15-game hitting streak. Last week Dobbs batted 15-for-27 with four doubles, a home run and eight runs batted in.
