Boys cross country
Yon Yilma of Edmonds-Woodway won the Wesco South championship by 36 seconds over the field, setting a meet record of 15 minutes, 39 seconds over the 5-kilometer course at Lakewood High School.
Girls cross country
Lyndy Davis of Monroe won the Wesco North championship, completing the 5-kilometer course at Lakewood H.S. in 18 minutes, 53 seconds, the best time by any female runner from the North, South or Cascade Conference.
Football
Jullian Gamache of Granite Falls carried 34 times for 305 yards, scored three touchdowns and made 18 tackles in a 34-28 win over Sultan.
Girls swimming
Alana Pazevic of Jackson swam state meet qualifying times of 53.88 seconds and 1:01.47 in winning the 100-yard freestyle and 100 backstroke races in a 120-50 win over Marysville-Pilchuck. She also swam on the 200 medley and 400 freestyle relay teams, both of which swam state times.
Girls soccer
Kaeli Eberth of Meadowdale scored three goals in a 4-0 win over Lynnwood and a goal in a 2-0 win over Mountlake Terrace.
Boys soccer
Daron Otis of North Sound Christian scored the game-winning goal in a 2-1 win over Grace Academy and had a goal in a 7-0 win over Arlington Christian.
Volleyball
Michaela Dudder of Granite Falls had 21 kills and 13 digs in a 3-2 win over Lakewood and 23 kills and 17 digs in a 3-2 win over South Whidbey.
