The Warriors senior finished 3-for-4 with a home run, triple, five RBI and three runs scored and also was dominant from the mound, pitching four shutout innings to lead the Warriors to an 11-3 win over rival Meadowdale.

The Tigers freshman went 4-for-5 with a double and a triple, and had three RBI in a 10-9 win over Archbishop Murphy and also was 2-for-4 with a triple in a 5-4 win over Lakewood as Granite Falls started league play 2-0.

Snohomish | Boys soccer

The Panthers junior forward scored a pair of goals in a win over Monroe and another goal in a win over Mount Vernon as Snohomish started Wesco 4A North play 2-0.

The Warriors No. 1 singles player went 3-0 last week, including a win over Cascade newcomer Carlie Newman, to help the Warriors begin the season unbeaten and in first place in the Wesco 4A South.
