Well, one game down for Kyle Beach at the Canada-Russia Challenge, and based on the game sheet from Swift Current I doubt he did a lot to impress those scouting for Canada’s World Junior Hockey Championships team. Team WHL defeated the Russia Selects 5-0, and Beach did not figure in any of the scoring. He did get whistled for a slashing penalty in the second period. Beach has one more chance to impress in tomorrow’s game in Prince Albert.

Anyway, I wanted to wish everyone out there a happy Thanksgiving. I’m thankful for the opportunity to do what I do, and I’m very thankful for everyone who takes the time to read this blog. I hope everyone enjoys what I’m able to provide. Anyway, here’s hoping you’ve all have plenty to be thankful for the past year, and I’m wishing you all more to be thankful for in the year to come.
