Boys lacrosse: Everett 16, Mount Si 5

EVERETT — Nathan Hanold scored a season-high six goals to lead Everett to its 10th boys lacrosse win of the spring with a 16-5 defeat of Mount Si on Monday at Kasch Park in Everett.

The senior captain from Jackson High School finished the night scoring all six goals on just eight shots as Everett powered its way to an 11 – 4 half-time lead then added four more in the third and a single in the fourth for the win.

Hanold now has 23 goals and seven assists for 30 points on the season to rank third among Everett scorers.

Everett leading scorer Justin Beretta had three goals on the night, while Sean Hess and Sean Billmyer each had a pair.

Mount Si was led by Ben Lomas with three goals and Sam Egan with two, while Eric Virta had eight ground balls.
