The Seahawks are losing another player in free agency, though this one hardly comes as a surprise. Brandon Stokley, who signed with Seattle last season and caught 31 passes for 354 yards in 11 games, has agreed to terms with the Washington Redskins, his agent reported on twitter.
Stokley was a good fit when Seattle needed depth at receiver last year given his familiarity with then offensive coordinator Jeremy Bates, but with Bates gone and the Seahawks looking to get more opportunities for second-year receiver Golden Tate, it seemed unlikely that Stokley would be re-signed.
