EVERETT — A pair of Cascade bowlers had a hot night on the boards Monday.
Sunpreet Bhangoo and Breanne Mattson both rolled a pair of 200 game and put together 500 series to lead the Bruins to a 3-0 victory over Ferndale (0-5 overall) in Wesco bowling at Glacier Lanes.
Mattson led the way for Cascade (4-1) with a 213 game, a 220 game and a 594 series. Bhangoo rolled games of 200 and 204, and a 571 series
“We had a hot night,” Cascade coach Ron Hicks said. “Sunpreet, that’s the first time she bowled and 200, so she was excited to bowl two of them.”
Everett 3, Jackson 0: At Everett, Brianna Kinman rolled a 189 game and a 518 series and Shelbi Douty had a 168 game and 463 series to lead Everett (5-0) in a Wesco match at Glacier Lanes. Jazmyn Tomaszewski rolled a 179 game and 482 series for Jackson (2-3), and Aleeza Alvarez had a 182 game and 493 series.
