Made it to Pasadena this evening, and apparently the Seattle weather beat me here. Temperatures are in the high 60s and its drizzling outside. The last I checked it’s looks like it’s going to rain and off and on during the day tomorrow, but should clear up before the game.
For the latest on UCLA, you can check the Daily News’ coverage here and the LA Times’ coverage here. One bit of news today is that regular starting quarterback Ben Olson won’t play at all. The Bruins had already announce that Patrick Cowan would start, but now it looks like Olson, who is suffering from concussion-like symptoms (the school keeps calling it “headaches”), is not going to play.
Also, if you didn’t see it already today, here’s my take (everyone’s gotta have one, right?) on the situation at Notre Dame and their current and former coach.
Anyway, that’s all for today. I’ll be checking in tomorrow with updates from the Rose Bowl.
