Washington Stealth head coach Chris Hall earned the Les Bartley Award given to the National Lacrosse League’s coach of the year.
Hall, who led Washington to a league-best 11-5 record and a berth in the Champion’s Cup this Saturday, was tied in voting with Edmonton Rush head coach Derek Keenan.
Hall and Keenan both received the same amount of first place votes and total points, so the pair will share the honors.
The award is Hall’s first as a head coach. He previously guided the Calgary Roughnecks from 2002-2007, winning the 2004 Champion’s Cup.
