CALGARY — The Everett Silvertips erupted for four goals in the third period Sunday as they came from behind to beat the Calgary Hitmen 6-3 in Western Hockey League action.

Everett has won four straight.

The Silvertips trailed 3-2 going into the final period, but Jake Christiansen scored twice in the first 7 minutes, 32 seconds of the period to give Everett a 4-3 lead.

The red-hot Christiansen has scored five goals in three games since rejoining the team last week. He spent the first two months of the season on a professional tryout with the Stockton Heat of the American Hockey League.

Wyatte Wylie and Martin Fasko-Rudas added third-period insurance goals for Everett.

The Silvertips trailed 2-0 after the first period, but second-period goals by Bryce Kindopp and Jalen Price helped them keep within striking distance. Everett trailed 3-2 at the end of two periods.

Dustin Wolf made 32 saves in net for the Silvertips.

Riley Stotts scored a pair of goals for the Hitmen.
