SEATTLE — The Vandals (10-10) converted 10 of 12 free throws in the final 21/2 minutes to hold on and beat the Redhawks (9-13). Charles Garcia had 23 points and eight rebounds to lead Seattle U.

Seattle Pacific 88, Alaska-Fairbanks 68

SEATTLE — Jeff Downs scored 20 points and tied his career high with six 3-pointers to lead the the Falcons (16-2, 7-0 GNAC) over the Nanooks (6-10, 1-6). Shorewood High alum Rob Diederichs scored 12 points and had six assists for SPU.

Western Washington 100, Montana St.-Billings 75

BILLINGS, Mont. — Forward Derrick Webb sored a game-high 33 points to lead the Vikings (19-3, 6-2 GNAC) over the Yellowjackets (9-7, 3-4).

Portland St. 85, Eastern Washington 77

CHENEY — Kevin Winford led five players in double figures with 16 points for the Eagles (6-16, 2-7 Big Sky) in their loss to the Vikings (9-12, 4-5).

Central Washington 83, Saint Martin’s 68

LACEY — Chris Sprinker and J.C. Cook each scored 15 points to lead the Wildcats (11-6, 5-2 GNAC) over the Saints (11-7, 1-6 GNAC).

Everett CC 67, Skagit Valley College 65

MOUNT VERNON — Rob Dhillon made six of seven 3-pointers and scored a team-high 20 points for the Trojans (6-12 overall, 4-6 NWAAC). Cascade High alum Dirk Snel added 19 points and 11 rebounds for Everett.

WOMEN

SEATTLE — Snohomish High alum Sydney Benson scored a career-high 22 points to help the Falcons (15-3, 6-1 GNAC) hand the Nanooks (1-17, 0-7) their 17th straight loss. Daesha Henderson, also a Snohomish High alum, scored 10 points and grabbed six rebounds and Meadowdale High alum Caitlyn Rohrbach scored six points and had two assists for SPU.

Western Washington 70, Western Oregon 40

BELLINGHAM — Marysville-Pilchuck High alum Amanda Dunbar scored 16 points to help the Vikings (17-2, 8-0 GNAC) beat the Wolves (8-13, 3-4). Meadowdale High alum Ashley Fenimore scored three points and tied for the game high with four assists.

Portland St. 67, Eastern Washington 60

PORTLAND, Ore. — Julie Piper led the Eagles (13-7, 7-1 Big Sky), who suffered their first conference loss of the season at the hands of the Vikings (12,-9, 6-2).

Central Washington 83, Montana St.-Billings 64

BILLINGS, Mont.— Brittany Duerr scored a career-high 24 points to lead the Wildcats (6-11, 3-4 GNAC) over the Yellowjackets (9-9, 2-5 GNAC).

Skagit Valley College 78, Everett CC 57

MOUNT VERNON — Lakewood High alum Anna Work had 18 points for the Trojans (10-8 overall, 6-3 NWAACC) and Lake Stevens High alum Ashley Housden added 14 points and 12 rebounds.
